TarunBHAI is a WhatsApp-based lifestyle accountability program operated by Tarun Rathi ("we", "us"). It provides personalized calorie/protein/step targets, habit tracking through chat, reminders, progress reports, motivational content and a rewards program ("Coins").
The Service is not a medical, diagnostic or treatment service, and TarunBHAI is not a doctor, dietitian or licensed healthcare provider. Content is for general lifestyle and educational purposes. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning any nutrition or exercise program, particularly if you have any medical condition, are on medication, or are pregnant or nursing. If we detect pregnancy/nursing during onboarding, we will pause your enrollment and offer a full refund.
You must be at least 18 years old and use your own WhatsApp number.
Current plans and prices are listed on tarunbhai.com and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Memberships renew per their billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Coins are promotional reward points: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, may expire 6 months after being earned, and may be redeemed only against reward options we make available from time to time (e.g., third-party gift vouchers or membership extensions). Coins are earned for genuine program activity; fraudulent or manipulated activity (including falsified weigh-ins) voids coins and may lead to account termination. We may modify the rewards program prospectively at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information, to not misuse the Service (spam, abuse, impersonation, reverse engineering), and to treat targets as guidance subordinate to your own physician's advice.
Individual results vary with individual effort, adherence, and personal circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific weight-loss outcome.
All content, program structure, text, and voice content are our property or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for yourself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by WhatsApp, network providers or other third parties.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Clauses 2, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the operator's registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
