This Privacy Policy explains how TarunBHAI ("we", "us"), operated by Tarun Rathi, collects, uses and protects your information when you use our WhatsApp-based accountability service and the website tarunbhai.com (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Profile information you share during onboarding: name, age, sex, height, weight, food preference, general routine (meal times), gym habits, and optional health context (e.g., thyroid, PCOS, diabetes).
• Program data you send while using the Service: meal descriptions, step counts, weekly weight entries, photos you choose to share (e.g., weighing-scale photos), and your chat messages with TarunBHAI.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive confirmation of payment and plan details, never your full card or bank credentials.
• Technical data: your WhatsApp number and message metadata necessary to deliver the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To compute your personalized plan (calorie budget, protein target, timelines) and run the daily program.
• To send you Service messages, reminders and progress reports on WhatsApp.
• To generate voice messages using text-to-speech technology.
• To operate rewards (coins, levels) and, where applicable, verify progress.
• To improve the Service and provide support.

3. Health-related information

Weight and health-context data are sensitive. We use them solely to personalize your program and apply safety rules (e.g., gentler plans, doctor-consult advisories). We never sell your data. We never share your health information with advertisers.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: WhatsApp/Meta (message delivery), our cloud hosting provider (data storage), AI processing providers (message understanding, voice generation), and Razorpay (payments) — each bound to their own privacy and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS/WhatsApp encryption). Access is restricted to the operator. Photos are stored privately and are never made public without your explicit consent (e.g., if you agree to share a testimonial).

6. Retention & your rights

We retain your data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by messaging "DELETE MY DATA" to TarunBHAI on WhatsApp or emailing support@tarunbhai.com.

7. Age

The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly serve minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on WhatsApp or this page.
